
Las Cruces firefighters extinguished a fire in a two-story home late Monday evening.
About 9:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, firefighters were dispatched to the report of a fire at a home on the 6200 block of Cloud Dance Drive. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the two-story home.
Firefighters entered the building and located flames within the walls of the home. Crews confined the spread of the fire and had it under control within 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire and damage estimates have yet to be determined.
