El Paseo and S. Solano MRA

The City of Las Cruces is working on a plan to reimagine and revitalize the neighborhoods around El Paseo and S Solano corridors between Lohman and University Avenues.  This project represents a pivotal opportunity to transform these sections of our city into thriving, pedestrian-friendly communities with a renewed focus on sustainable development and equitable growth. Our goals extend beyond revitalizing commercial and retail areas; they encompass a holistic approach to urban renewal that prioritizes infrastructure improvement, environmental sustainability, social equity, historic preservation, and public safety and health.
