The City’s Senior Programs is offering Free Nutrition Education Classes designed to help participants learn practical tips for healthy eating, meal planning, and overall wellness.
Class Details:
- When: Fridays at 9:30 a.m. (Sessions remaining: May 8 and May 15)
- Where: Munson Senior Center – 975 S. Mesquite St., Las Cruces, NM
These classes are a great opportunity to gain helpful nutrition knowledge in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
