FAQs Live: A Municipal Q&A Series is a free, interactive community program that connects residents with City of Las Cruces departments through engaging, one-hour conversations. Each weekly session focuses on a common question residents ask — from reporting non-emergency concerns and understanding zoning to learning about trails, utilities, public transit, and more.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear directly from City staff, ask questions, gain insight into City services, and better understand how local government works.

What to Expect
Each FAQs Live session is a one-hour conversation focused on a common question about City services. Participants will hear directly from staff from the featured City department, learn more about the week’s topic, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required. Residents are welcome to attend one session, several sessions, or the full series. All sessions take place from 6 – 7 p.m. at City Hall, 700 N. Main St., Second Floor, Room 2007 B&C.
Participants who attend all sessions will be recognized at the conclusion of the series.
