City of Las Cruces Strategic Plan Update

Help shape the future of Las Cruces!

The City of Las Cruces has developed draft priorities and goals to help guide City decisions, investments, and work over the next two to five years. They were shaped by months of input from residents, community and business leaders, young people, City staff, and the City Council.

Now we want to know if we got it right.

From now through October 10, please review the draft and tell us what you think.

● Is anything unclear?
● Is there something you would change?
● Is anything important missing?

Your feedback will help the City refine the Strategic Plan before it moves forward for adoption in November.

Review the draft and share your feedback below. (Your input shapes the recommendations that go before Las Cruces City Council at the November 16, 2026 Meeting).
