The fourth featured group in our twelve-week focused exhibit run is the Piro-Manso-Tiwa Indian Tribe, whose exhibit will be displayed from July 18 to October 10, 2026. The Piro-Manso-Tiwa Indian Tribe (PMT) has a long history in the Borderland region, arriving in 1680 after the Spanish forced numerous Indigenous groups south after the Pueblo Revolt.

Through state representatives and City Council, the City of Las Cruces Utilities Department (LCU) has obtained a federal grant, utilizing Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) funding to upgrade existing gas pipelines.
