The City’s Economic Development Department is seeking public input to help identify vacant, abandoned, underutilized, or neglected properties that may have redevelopment potential, including sites that could qualify as brownfields.
Brownfields are properties where redevelopment, reuse, or expansion may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of environmental contamination. Identifying these sites is an important first step toward revitalization, community improvement, and future redevelopment opportunities.
