Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave., will close both gymnasiums from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 9–13 and again March 16–20 to allow for ongoing construction. No adult programming or open gym will take place March 9-21, 2026.
Evening practice rentals scheduled for the Recreation gym will resume at 5 p.m. but will be transferred to the Main gym, March 9-13 as the Recreation gym will be closed. Evening Recreation gym practice rentals for March 16-20 are currently pending.
Youth league activities remain unaffected and remain on schedule for March 14 and 21. This includes Youth Indoor soccer finals and Youth Basketball league.
