The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will temporarily close the East Mesa Sports Complex Playground, located at 5275 Camino Coyote Lane, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The playground will be closed to the public from 9 – 11:30 a.m. to accommodate a private marketing photo shoot.
The purpose of this photo shoot is to produce promotional and marketing materials for use by the City of Las Cruces, to celebrate and recognize this innovative playground within our community.
Only members of the public, aged 5-12, who have been registered by a parent or guardian will be permitted to use the playground during this time. If you wish for your children to participate, register and sign the release form at playlsi.com/model-release found on the Landscape Structures website.
