The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting applications from food vendors interested in participating in the annual Movies in the Park and Music in the Park series. Events will begin on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the Downtown Plaza and continue at Young Park through September.

This exciting community series will feature live music and family-friendly movies throughout the summer. Food vendors will have a unique opportunity to serve attendees and be part of one of the City’s most beloved seasonal programs.

Event Information:

  • Start Date: Sunday, May 10, 2026
  • Locations: Downtown Plaza and Young Park
  • Vendor Setup: Specific times and location details will be provided upon acceptance

Application Deadline:

All vendor applications must be submitted by April 30, 2026. No exceptions will be made. Applications will be reviewed based on compliance with event guidelines and space availability.

Applications may be picked up at: Parks and Recreation Department, 1501 E. Hadley Avenue.

Important Notice:

Vendors operating on foot will not be permitted during City events. All approved vendors must remain within their assigned spaces to ensure the safety and flow of event operations.
