City Phones Out of Service -Transit App Alternative Suggested

The phone lines have been restored just before 1 p.m. today, Monday, December 30, 2024. Roadrunner Transit lines are also back up and running.

Please be aware that City phones have been out of service since early on Friday December 27.

As of Monday morning, 8:30 a.m. the phones are still out of service.  The City IT Department is continuing to work with its vendor to get this issue fixed as quickly as possible. We regret the inconvenience that this has caused our customers.

Roadrunner Transit and Vamonos customers: Roadrunner Transit offices have not been able to receive phone calls from outside the City phone system.

Vamonos customers who already have the Via scheduling app can continue to schedule rides on the app.
