Memorial Medical Center has provided some documents requested in a Notice of Breach letter sent in late August.
Memorial Medical Center’s team has been working collaboratively with the City of Las Cruces to provide documentation and meet the demands of the Notice of Breach letter.
MMC has requested and been provided an extension. The City granted the extension as an acknowledgement of MMC’s good faith efforts to comply with the demand.
The City and Dona Ana County are meeting regularly with MMC in order to hold all parties accountable.
