Virtual Participation for Council Chambers

This virtual participation form is intended for City departments who wish to have an individual participate virtually in a meeting or event held in Council Chambers that is live-streamed, broadcast, or recorded by the Communications Office. For events or meetings that are not live streamed, broadcast, or recorded, please contact the Communications Office for further assistance.The “Submitter” of this form must be a City of Las Cruces employee or City Councilor. The “Submitter” submits on behalf of the “Remote Participant,” who may be a City Councilor, City employee, invited presenter, or an approved citizen for public comment.Upon submission, the Remote Participant will receive an email containing a Zoom link to register for the meeting, along with details on how to join.It is up to the meeting/event organizer or chairman to allow or disallow the requester to participate virtually.

Submitter must be a City employee or City Councilor.
