For projects with a strict deadline or needing to reach a wide audience, we recommend designating them as priority projects. Priority projects require funding for outreach (minimum $750), with 100% of the budget allocated to advertising or boosting on the City’s social media platforms. This ensures your video is completed on time and reaches the intended audience effectively. For non-priority projects or general video suggestions, you can indicate this on the form. While we’ll consider all ideas, please note that we cannot guarantee if or when these videos will be produced. Funded projects will always take precedence, and non-funded projects will be addressed only when no funded projects are in progress.

Payments will be processed through the Communications Office’s Meta Ad account, and charges will be reconciled using the account details you provided. If your department has its own Meta Ad account, we may opt to run the ad through your account, in which case your team will handle the reconciliation. Please note that due to billing cycles, campaigns may occasionally be split across multiple billing periods. By agreeing, you confirm that the account provided has sufficient funds, that the Communications Office is authorized to use this account to cover campaign expenses, and that this approval has been cleared with your supervisor or director.
