Las Cruces motorists will experience lane closures on Roadrunner Parkway between E. Northrise Drive and Morning Star Drive from Wednesday, October 21, through Friday, October 23, 2026. The closures will affect both northbound and southbound traffic. H & H Underground will be installing underground infrastructure for UPN Networks. Roadrunner Transit will not be impacted, and access to all nearby residences and businesses will be maintained. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. The City has confirmed that no conflicting construction projects will occur during this time.
