Westbound commuters on University Avenue between Knox Street and Turrentine Drive will experience intermittent lane closures on Friday, October 16, 2026. H & H Underground will be installing underground utilities in the area. The work will affect bus stop 19 on Roadrunner Transit Route 4, and access to residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. This work is being performed in City Council District 2, and the City has confirmed that no conflicting public or private construction projects will occur during this time.
