Avenida de Mesilla between Calle de Alvares and Lakeside Drive will have intermittent lane closures beginning Monday, October 19, 2026, and continuing through Friday, October 23, 2026. A & J Boring will be installing underground utilities in the area. The work will affect Roadrunner Transit Route 4 but will not impact any bus stop locations. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the project, and motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. This work is being done in City Council District 4, and the City has confirmed that no conflicting construction projects will occur during this time.
