Rocky Mountain Clinics, LLC DBA Porch Light Health was awarded $245,915 for Medication Assisted Treatment On-Demand. This program will improve access and utilization of medication for opioid use disorder by engaging people seeking care, incorporating harm reduction and support services for people at risk of overdose, and create a more comprehensive continuum of care.
