I would like to recognize and thank our Code Enforcement Officers for their continued assistance and collaboration with the Industrial Pretreatment Program in bringing restaurants that are out of compliance back into compliance with the City’s Fats, Oils, and Grease Ordinance.
Their support and enforcement efforts play an important role ensuring local businesses meet their responsibilities and maintain the required grease control measures. This partnership helps protect our wastewater collection system by reducing the risk of sewer blockages, sanitary sewer overflows, and other issues caused by improper grease disposal.
