Help shape the future of Las Cruces!

Our Mayor and City Council are embarking on a journey to update the 2021-2026 City Strategic Plan, ensuring that our local government’s priorities are closely aligned with both the community’s long-term vision and the needs of Las Cruces residents today and in the near future. 

This process is designed to be inclusive, data-driven, and transparent, bringing together policymakers and stakeholders to identify the most important goals to focus on, and define the clear next steps for achieving them.
