Help shape the future of Las Cruces!
This process is designed to be inclusive, data-driven, and transparent, bringing together policymakers and stakeholders to identify the most important goals to focus on, and define the clear next steps for achieving them.
Assess current conditions through qualitative and quantitative data gathering.
Engage the community by inviting them to participate in multiple surveys as well as to attend public meetings to share their vision and priorities for their communities for incorporation into the final product.
Develop and refine strategic priorities based on a robust and inclusive process with the public, the Mayor and the Council.
This webpage will serve as your hub for updates, meeting schedules, engagement opportunities, and plan components as they are developed throughout the process.
