Las Cruces motorists will experience lane closures on Roadrunner Parkway approximately 750 feet south of E. Northrise Drive beginning Thursday, October 29, and continuing through Friday, October 30, 2026. The closures will affect both northbound and southbound traffic. H & H Underground will be installing underground infrastructure for UPN Networks. The work will not impact RoadRUNNER Transit, and access to residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. The City has confirmed that no conflicting construction projects will occur during this time.
