Intermittent lane closures will be in place along Northrise Drive between N. Roadrunner Parkway and Rinconada Boulevard on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. H & H Underground will be performing underground utility work as part of a wire utility permit. The closures will not affect any Roadrunner Transit routes or bus stops, and access to nearby businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. This work is located within City Council Districts 3 and 6, and the City has confirmed that no conflicting construction projects will occur during this time.
