Foothills Road between Lohman Avenue and Roadrunner Parkway will have intermittent lane closures beginning Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and continuing through Friday, October 16, 2026. H & H Underground will be installing underground utilities in the area. The work will not affect any Roadrunner Transit routes or bus stops, and access to residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Motorists are urged to follow all posted signs. This work is being completed within City Council District 3, and the City has confirmed that no conflicting construction projects will occur during this time.
