Las Cruces Motorists will experience a lane closure between E. Northrise Drive and Morning Star Drive for the north and south bound traffic on Roadrunner Pkwy starting September 16 and completing on September 21.
H & H Underground will be installing underground infrastructure for UPN Networks.
The shoulder work will not affect the Roadrunner Transit.
