Local author and artist Susan Valencia has developed a thoughtful resource for families touched by dementia and Alzheimer’s.   She will be reading her heartfelt book, “Mama–My Favorite Person in the Whole World–Has Something Called Dementia” to families in observance of September being World Alzheimer’s Month.
