The Doña Ana County Resiliency Leaders 100% Family Center was allocated $399,904 for to deliver a trauma informed, culturally responsive “one stop” support center. The 100% Family Center is anchored in a five-prong approach:
- Navigation services-Warm handoffs, individualized plans, resources linkage, and ongoing support.
- Effective Parent Practices-Evidence-based parenting programs including Triple P seminars and discussion groups.
- Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for Children-Activities and curricula that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and coping skills.
- Workforce Development-Training high school students, BSW/MSW interns, promotoras, and community members to build the future workforce and expand community leadership.
- Coalition Building-Cross-sector coordination to increase access to the ten vital services outlined in the Anna, Age Eight/100% Community Model.
