Our Mayor and City Council are embarking on a journey to update the 2021-2026 City Strategic Plan, ensuring that our local government’s priorities are closely aligned with both the community’s long-term vision and the needs of Las Cruces residents today and in the near future. 

This process is designed to be inclusive, data-driven, and transparent, bringing together policymakers and stakeholders to identify the most important goals to focus on, and define the clear next steps for achieving them.

  • Roadrunner Room at the Branigan Library, 200 E. Picacho Avenue  — July 30, 3:30–5 p.m. 
  • Lynn Middle School (Community School), 950 S. Walnut Street — August 4, 3:30-5 p.m. 
  • East Mesa Public Safety Complex, 550 North Sonoma Ranch Boulevard — August 5, 3:30–5 p.m. 
  • WIA Building, 240 N. Reymond Street — August 6, 6–7:30 p.m. 
  • Sage Café, 6121 Reynolds Drive — August 6, 3:30–5 p.m.
