Veterans Corner

The military and those who serve our country have always played a significant role in our region. A section of the City’s website is dedicated to our brave service men and women. We hope you find the information and resources useful whether you are a veteran, related to a veteran, involved in veteran affairs or simply a member of the community with an interest in veteran issues and activities.

Impact of the Military

The military and those who serve our country have always played a significant role in our region. That influence is still present today through White Sands Missile Range and the thousands of veterans who have made Las Cruces home.

Great Appreciation

There is a common saying, “If you enjoy your freedom, thank a Veteran.” The City of Las Cruces thanks all veterans and provides the Veterans Corner as a small token of the great appreciation for their service to our nation.
