Las Cruces Public Libraries invites participants to join in on our newest ongoing craft program, themed painting. This month we’ll be painting Star Wars. How you interpret that is entirely up to you. This program will take place 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in the Craft Room on the first floor of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library.
Early May always welcomes spring and Star Wars Week with May the Fourth Be With You. Join us again this year for our annual art show where you can choose to display your new Star Wars painting.
Themed painting is planned every other month from 1-5 p.m. on the first Saturday. In June our theme is Colors (in conjunction with our Summer Reading Program theme of Color Our World). In August, participants will have a choice between Back to School and Dogs or combine them!
Registration is at https://las-cruces.assabetinteractive.com/calendar/ and is requested for this free for all ages program.
Thomas Branigan Memorial Library is located at 200 E. Picacho Avenue on Roadrunner Transit route 1.
