A modified Zumba that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Participation is first come, first served. Their newest exhibition is comprised of unique quilts inspired from one of the most recognizable symbols of the vibrant riparian ecosystem: the cottonwood.
