Social Justice Reading Group meets the third Tuesday of the month to discuss an issue at a local, national or international level. A librarian will present on the featured book, but you are welcome to join the conversation having read another book on the topic (see our recommendations HERE), or no book at all, just a healthy curiosity on the topic.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong originated in China about 4,000 years ago. It is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, which state that qi, or energy, is present in everyone’s body. Qigong uses simple poses and breathing patterns to promote a healthy flow and reduce stagnation of qi.

Students will learn how to upload photos from a smart phone to a computer either directly or through the cloud. Once on the computer, students will learn how to organize files on the computer.
