The Potential Quorum Notice (PQN) is a list of events that the Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend. No public policy will be formulated by any members present and no action that the City Council has authority to take will be taken by any members present. The PQN is not subject to the Open Meetings Act and is a courtesy to the Council and public.
The PQN starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday of each week. As invitations are obtained, the events will be added to the list. Events will be listed for a month at a time and added as they are received. If you have an event that you would like to invite the Mayor and City Council to attend, please contact the City Manager’s Office at (575) 541-2100.
