Public Meeting – Ethel Avenue and Houma Street Reconstruction

Public Works will have a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Las Cruces City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Rooms 2007 B & C, 700 N. Main Street, to review the Ethel Avenue & Houma Street Reconstruction Project.

This project is currently at the 90% stage. This project is a roadway and utility improvement project for W. Ethel Ave from N. Miranda St to N. Alameda Blvd., including Houma St.
