On March 3, 2025, two bikes were stolen off of our car while parked at a local restaurant. Las Cruces Police Department officer Manny Baca arrived within a half hour of our call and was polite, sympathetic and efficient. My insurance company requested additional stolen items to be added to the report. I found an email address for officer Baca and sent him an email over the weekend. First thing Monday morning, I called to follow up with officer Baca and he said that it was already taken care of and added to the report. Not sure what your other officers are like but big kudos to officer Baca.
I know this was just a minor incident, but he was truly professional.
