After going through an artist call selection process, six original art works were chosen to be displayed at bus shelters throughout the City. The shelters were chosen based on their location (one in each City district) and accessibility for viewing by passing cars and foot traffic. We are proud to showcase the work of these six artists that can be found at the bus shelters at the locations below. Artwork can also be found virtually by going to theinteractive Public Art tourmap. Here are the winning selections, the artists who created them, and their locations. You can also find more information about the artwork on ourwebpage. Art Stop is a pilot program made possible by Las Cruces Public Art and RoadRUNNER Transit. The exhibit will be rotated out with new artwork annually. If the pilot program is successful, we will consider expanding it to more bus shelters in the future.  Congratulations to the selected Art Stop artists! Rubber Ducks blog is brought to you by the Las Cruces Public Art program to share ideas, information, discussions, trends, and all things public art. Please send comments and ideas for future blogs to[email protected].
