- A request to approve a preliminary plat known as Heather Hills Subdivision.
- The proposed subdivision is located at 5150 Stern Drive and west of Stern Drive, south of Silverado Loop, and north of Rocky Road.
- The preliminary plat proposes a single-phase, 80 residential lot development on ± 22.10 acres, zoned R-1a.
