Payment Arrangements: Customer Service encourages you to visit or call immediately to make payment arrangements if you are experiencing a financial hardship. Services that are shut off for non-payment require full payment of the past due balance plus additional fees for re-connection of those services.

Flexible Payment Solutions and Assistance Programs

Payment Plan Agreement: Find relief with a payment plan, especially if you’ve accumulated several months of utility charges. We’ll help you devise a manageable strategy to get your payments back on track.

Preferred Payment Date: For our disabled and/or elderly community members, we offer a monthly extension to align your utility bill’s due date with your Social Security or Disability benefits, ensuring your financial ease.

Casa De Peregrinos (CDP) Program: In collaboration with the City of Las Cruces, CDP extends aid to utility customers undergoing financial hardships. Starting with a consultation with our Accounts Receivable Representative, you’ll receive a referral form for CDP. After obtaining a completed voucher from CDP, bring it back to our Accounts Receivable team to process the assistance.

Promise to Pay: If you’re expecting funds but need a little more time, this option grants a two-week extension on your bill’s due date, giving you the breathing room you need.
