The Historic Preservation Commission was created by the City Council upon the adoption of the Historic Preservation Ordinance. The Historic Preservation Commission meets every third Wednesday of every month unless rescheduled due to for an observed holiday or the meeting gets rescheduled.
Planning and Zoning Commission

1. Case ZCA-24-02
· A request to repeal Chapters 32 through 40 and replace with Chapters 32-38 of the City of Las Cruces Municipal Code (LCMC). The amendments to the land
development code include the revisions reviewed under Realize Las Cruces. All Council Districts.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is created by the City Council with the adoption of the Zoning Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall review the planning, zoning and platting of the City. The Planning and Zoning Commission meets every fourth Tuesday of every month unless rescheduled due to a holiday, or at the request of the Commission.
