In-Person
Pay in Person at the following Locations:
- City Hall: Pay in person during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at our office located at 700 N Main Street, Las Cruces, NM. Pay with check, cash or credit (Visa and MasterCard accepted). For your convenience, there is a drop box available next to the cashier windows.
- Any Walmart Location: Pay with cash at any Walmart location. A service fee of $1 will be applied to the total payment amount.
- After Hours Drop Box: Deposit utility payments at the after-hour drop box, located between City Hall and Thomas Branigan Memorial Library.
Pay By Phone
- Available 24 hours a day. Call 575-541-2111 and press 4 to pay your utility bill by phone. E-check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards Accepted. Available in English and Spanish. There is no service fee applied when paying by phone.
Pay Online
- Now With the Option to Setup/Update/Remove Auto-Drafts for Your Payment at Your Convenience. Worry-free, and ensures you never miss a payment. If you are interested in Paying Online or signing up for Auto-Draft for your Utility bill, please register at https://lascnm.utilityhawk.us/login, and click on the payment portal. It’s fast, easy and secure. Plus, no service fee is applied when paying online.
