The City of Las Cruces has developed a new Consolidated Plan for all activities that are funded by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This plan covers the HUD Program Years 2021-2025, which corresponds with City Fiscal Years 2022- 2026.
The new Consolidated Plan was approved by City Council on May 3, 2021 and was submitted the HUD on May 14, 2021.
This document will include the First Year Action Plan for Program Year 2021. This part details how the City plans to allocate it’s HUD grant funds from July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022. The document also includes the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.
The Action Plan 2022 has now been approved by City Council and will be submitted to HUD
