Zumba Gold offers a fun and energetic workout designed for active older adults, featuring easy-to-follow dance moves set to upbeat music. It’s a low-impact, high-energy class that helps improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination, all while having a blast with a vibrant, supportive community.
Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month with Park Ranger Interpreter Alex Mares from the Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park to learn about culture and history, as well as to hear stories and view artifacts. This program is intended for all ages.
In celebration of National American Indian Heritage Month join us to complete your own archeological excavation and learn about the importance of leaving artifacts where we find them! This program will immediately follow a Native American Storytelling Show and Tell presented by Alex Mares, a Park Ranger Interpreter from the Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park.
