This is a time to come in and work independently on your projects. The tools are provided, you will need to provide or purchase your own materials. Visit or call The Munson Center for more information. 575.528.3000. $1 per session. Limited to 8 people.

Participants must be 18 years of age and are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival. Participation is first come, first served. Zumba Gold offers a fun and energetic workout designed for active older adults, featuring easy-to-follow dance moves set to upbeat music. It’s a low-impact, high-energy class that helps improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination, all while having a blast with a vibrant, supportive community.
Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.
