It’s a low-impact, high-energy class that helps improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination, all while having a blast with a vibrant, supportive community.
Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.

Join us in October to investigate all things Cryptids! Cryptids will be hiding all around the library for the whole month of October so this week for library lab we will be learning about what animals need in their habitat and then we will design our own miniature cryptid habitats from construction paper!
