It’s a low-impact, high-energy class that helps improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination, all while having a blast with a vibrant, supportive community.
Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.

In honor of Fat Bear Week , this week for library lab we will be learning about all things Mammal in Katmai National Park and Preserve!
