Plan for 30 to 45 minutes of stories and activities, with more time allowed as needed with an adult caregiver participating along. Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.
