Sage Cafe Game Time (and Puzzles)

A dance fitness workout open to all fitness levels. Burn calories, gain physical and mental health, endurance, and coordination all while dancing to spicy international music.

Yoga with Ivy

Promotes physical and mental wellbeing through specific postures (exercises) along with breathwork and meditation techniques. Variations can be given to support beginners to experienced students.

Summer Wednesday Evening: Sharks

Come enjoy the Downtown Museums in the evening this summer. We will be open late on the dates listed. There will be a hands-on activity available in one of the museums each night. All ages are welcome.
