Join Ms. Brenda for music and sing-alongs in the Children's Kiva Room. Caregivers with babies and toddlers (0-3) are welcome. Lyric sheets and rhythm instruments are provided.Ages: 0-3.
Practice learning letters, numbers, colors, and shapes through transportation themed stories and activities. plan for 30 to 45 minutes of stories and activities, with more time allowed as needed with an adult caregiver participation along. Ages: 2-5. No registration is required.

Chair Qigong is a modified form of traditional Qigong exercises designed for people who may have mobility issues or prefer to exercise while seated. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices performed while sitting in a chair.
