On Friday, August 23, 2024, at 7:15 pm, we received a phone call from a passenger by the name of Tracy. Tracy wanted to pay a compliment to our Bus Operator Jaime Palmisano. She stated that Jaime is “Always, super sweet and kind. Even when Jamie sees her on the platform or the bus, she always takes time to say hi! Thank you, Jaime, for being kind and always keeping a positive attitude. Great Job Jamie!
