All youth participants are required to have or obtain a Parks and Recreation Activity identification card prior to any youth sports registration.
Obtaining a Card
For a child to obtain a card, parents or guardians, along with the child, must appear in person at Meerscheidt Recreation Center to:
- Fill out the permission form
- Provide proof of child’s age (birth certificate)
- Have the child’s photo taken
Cards will be issued Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
