    1. Case 24ZO3000027: Metro Verde Arcadia Phase 5 & 6 PUD Final Site Plan
      1. A request for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Final Site Plan, known as Metro Verde Arcadia Phase 5 & 6.
      2. Subject property encompasses 30.00 + acres, is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) and located on the southwest corner of Arroyo Roan and Sentinel Avenue.
      3. The subdivision proposes 131 single-family lots and 2 tracts of land that will be dedicated to the city for drainage, and mailbox clusters.
      4. Submitted by Sierra Norte Development, Inc.
